Data deletion

How to ask ReGen Design.Studio to delete personal data held in Local Grid. We complete requests within 30 days.

Shop owners

1. Email hello@localgrid.in from the Google account you sign in with, with your shop name.
2. We delete your shop, customer list, stamps, khata, message log and WhatsApp connection data.

Customers of a shop

1. Email hello@localgrid.in with your mobile number and the shop name.
2. To only stop messages, reply STOP to the shop on WhatsApp.
3. We delete your stamps, khata and messages at that shop, and may keep just your number so you are not messaged again.

Meta / Facebook data

If a shop connected WhatsApp through Facebook Login, email us and we delete the access token and WhatsApp account IDs we stored. Messages already on WhatsApp are controlled by Meta and the shop's WhatsApp account.
