Shop owners sign in to Local Grid at stamp.localgrid.in with a Google account. Customer check-ins, stamp updates and chat are sent and received over the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), and Meta bills each shop directly for its own WhatsApp conversations. Payments happen inside the customer’s own UPI app; we never see or store a UPI PIN, card number or bank password. How we handle personal data, and how a shop owner or a customer can have it deleted, is set out in our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and data deletion pages.
