Terms of Service

These terms are between you (the shop) and ReGen Design.Studio for Local Grid. Contact hello@localgrid.in.

The service

Local Grid gives your shop a digital stamp card, customer list and khata, with WhatsApp check-in. We are not a bank, UPI app or payment gateway; customers pay you directly.

WhatsApp

If you connect your WhatsApp Business number, you must follow WhatsApp's Business and Meta's terms. Meta may charge your WhatsApp account for messages. Messages you send from your own WhatsApp are your responsibility: do not message people who asked you to stop.

Your customers' data

You collect your customers' numbers when they check in; we process that data only to run Local Grid for you. See the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

No spam, scams or unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that harm customers or the platform.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for missed stamps, undelivered WhatsApp messages or actions Meta takes on your number.
