Terms of Service

These terms are between you (the shop) and ReGen Design.Studio for Local Grid at stamp.localgrid.in. Contact hello@localgrid.in.

The service

Local Grid lets you run a WhatsApp + UPI loyalty loop: check-in QR, waiting queue, stamps, inbox, and campaigns. We are not a bank, UPI app, or payment gateway. Customers pay you directly in their UPI app.

You connect your own WhatsApp Business number. You must comply with WhatsApp Business and Meta terms. Meta bills you for WhatsApp conversations after any free tier. We do not invoice Meta’s messaging fees.

You are responsible for message content, template quality, and not messaging people who have opted out. If Meta limits or bans the number, we are not liable for that downtime.

Your customers’ data

You are the business that collects customer phone numbers and chats. We process that data only to run Local Grid for you. You must have a lawful basis to message them (they checked in or otherwise opted in).

Accounts

Sign-in uses Google. Keep that account secure. You may ask us to delete your Local Grid account as described in the privacy policy and data deletion page.

Acceptable use

Do not use Local Grid to spam, scam, send unlawful content, or evade WhatsApp or UPI rules. We may suspend an account that harms other users or the platform.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for missed stamps, undelivered WhatsApp messages, UPI failures, or Meta policy actions. Our total liability is limited to fees you paid us for Local Grid in the previous three months (currently the product may be offered without a subscription fee).
